1. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our side and applicable advance payment.
Guests must provide accurate information during booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be provided based on availability and may involve additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

Guests may be required to pay an advance amount to secure the booking.
Remaining payment must be completed during check-in or as agreed.
We accept cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other available payment methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation made 7 days before arrival may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation within 7 days of check-in may not be refundable.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

Respect local culture, neighbors, and staff
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Avoid loud music or disturbance
Use property facilities responsibly

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or ask guests to leave in case of misconduct or illegal activities.

6. Property Damage

Any damage caused to rooms, furniture, decorations, or property items by guests will be charged accordingly.

7. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol consumption should be responsible and must not disturb other guests.

8. Visitors Policy

Outside visitors may not be allowed inside guest rooms without prior permission from management.

9. Pets Policy

If pets are allowed:

Guests are responsible for pet behavior and cleanliness.

10. Food & Kitchen Policy
Outside food may be allowed/not allowed depending on property rules.
Guests should inform us in advance regarding food allergies or special dietary needs.

11. Safety & Valuables

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of valuables.

12. Natural Conditions

As the homestay is located in a hill and tea estate area, weather conditions, roadblocks, electricity, internet, or water supply may occasionally be affected due to natural or unforeseen situations beyond our control.

13. ID Proof Requirement

All guests must provide valid government-issued ID proof during check-in as per local laws and regulations.

14. Website Information

We try our best to keep website information accurate and updated. However, prices, availability, and services may change without prior notice.

15. Acceptance of Terms
